Shooting Plan

Props needed:  Guitar - needed in all locations apart from the car scenes and when actor is walking into the river. In each other location there is mostly performance shots so the guitar is needed for all of these.  Music box - this is used for the end verse, to amplify lyrics directly.  Pen - used when creating a link with the lyrics of 'write it on your skin'  Costumes:  Angus - stays in the same costume throughout. The necklace appears in certain shots but not all of them. This is the idea in the artist development of it sometimes being shown, which is something that fans keep an eye out for. This is a link to the industry as they are building up an artists image and causing fans to watch someone they feel they know.  Frankie - wears a plain t shirt in all shots of him. The hats shown in the costume planning are needed for his shots. These costumes are only needed at the Streatley Hill location.  Shooting in the beginning of Autumn works w

Magazine Advert planning & final

Potential images:  Out of these two images I have chosen the second one. This is because it still has strong synergy with the back cover but varies slightly instead of using the exact same image. I have used the blending tool on the orange text to soften the colour slightly. I feel this effect is more complimentary of the image as it is faintly visible through the text, but still allows the text to be bold and noticeable.

Unedited images for Digipak Potential images for front cover: I have chosen to use the left hand image for my front cover. This is because I feel the close up camera angel of the artists face is better suited as a front cover as the profile shot gives a clear representation of his image. This close up also appeals to audience as there is a feeling of knowing the artist from his direct address to the camera. Drafts for front cover in colour & practicing layering images in colour.  This is my final front cover. I have chosen to keep it in colour instead of black and white as it much better represents my artist as someone who is happy and an open book to his fans, whereas I feel the black and white filter give the effect of someone who is more ambiguous. I have chosen to keep the tone of orange as his name and the fade white writing as the album name. This orange shade gives the effect of warmth I wanted on the colour and is also the same shade as co
